Carissa has been doing hair for over 20 years. One of her specialties of many are updo's. She makes everyone who sits in her chair feel special. Carissa is currently accepting new clients, but be quick! Their appointment book fills up fast.
Jamie has been doing hair for over 20 years. Jamie has a specialty in color and cutting and is truly passionate about finding the right color for you. Jamie feels her best behind the chair making her clients feel beautiful!
A few weeks ago I went in for the first time and had my hair trimmed by Lene. Before my trim, I had my hair washed by Fiona who gave a great scalp massage while she washed my hair. ALSO massage chairs at the shampoo station?! Game changer.
Lene is so sweet and knowledgeable and I loved chatting with her. I have had my hair balayaged by a different stylist for several years at a different salon and was starting to become unhappy with how my hair was looking, so I had made mention that I would like to possibly change it up and when I was there for my trim I kind of mentioned what I was looking to do at a future appointment.
I went to Waves Salon on a whim. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Camryn who was able to sit me with my stylist Jamie. I recently grew my hair out so I wanted some caramel highlights to accentuate my boyish good looks. Jamie knew just what to do. While I was singing along to Britney Spears, Carissa the other owner introduced herself and said her and Jamie owned the salon for close to a year. They were so nice! I fell in love instantly. My highlights were beautiful and the perfect color I wanted. I told Carissa and Jamie to each cut some of my hair for the grand opening with me! They did! What a terrific duo. Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Waves Salon and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee.
